How To Reset Forgotten Password

To reset your forgotten passowrd, your registered email must be active, as the resetting process and OTP will be sent to your mail. The OTP is a one time pass word that must not be shared.

Using A Mobile Phone:

Step 1: Click on the profile/image icon on the right top corner of your screen.

Step 2: Click on the 'Sign In' button that appears below.

Step 3: Click on 'Forgot login detail?' link.

Step 4: Enter your registered email address, and complete the recaptcha verification.

Step 5: Click the 'Proceed' button to continue.

Step 6: A success message is displayed. The recovery process is sent to your mail.

If you do not receive the email, please check if it has been sent to your spam/junk mail box. 

Using A PC:

Step 1: Click on the 'Sign In' button.

Step 2: Click on 'Forgot login detail?' link.

Step 3: Enter your registered email address, and complete the recaptcha verification.

Step 4: Click the 'Proceed' button to continue.

Step 5: A success message is displayed. The recovery process is sent to your mail.

Step 9: Your account is recovered successfully.
